Having two working parents: What are the pros and cons of having two working parents?
Having two working parents have both the good side and the bad side.When there are two working parents,the time that the parent spend on their children will be lesser and thus they will not be able to understand their children well.Children with two working parents will tend to make friends outside of school and thus have bad influence by them.Children will also learn to be more independent and will learn to manage their own time well.
Firstly,i feel that having two working parent can help the children to be more independent as they can learn to take care of themselves.Thus when the children grow up they will be more independent than the rest and they can manage their own thing well.Report have shown that children with two working parent are more independent than those who does not have teo working parents.
Children will also learn to manage their time better when both parents are working as they do not have parents to look after them and ask them whether they have done their homework so children with only one working parent will learn to manage their time well.
However,with two working parent also have a disadvantage.Firstly,because when two parents are working they would have lesser time to spend with their children and thus they will not understand them well.When a parent do not understand their children well,there might be miscommunication between them and it might even cause a fight in the family.Report have shown that most of the parents do not have enough time to spend with their children because of heavy workload.
Children will also have friends that are of bad influence and thus children will also turn bad because there is no one at home to look after them.As they have two working parents.Without any parents at home looking after the children,children might feel bored and thus get to know friends that are of bad influence.
In conclusion,With two working parents at home is a good thing and also a bad thing.The good thing is that children will be more independent and will also learn to manage their own time well.The bad thing is that parents will have lesser time to spend with their children and thus not understanding them well and children will always make friends that are of bad influence.
